Welcome to butpkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). butpkr is an English-language online entertainment platform providing live casino games, sports betting, online slots and game-show style experiences, with content specifically tailored for Pakistani players. The Platform is accessible at https://butpkr.cam.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and butpkr. They govern your registration, access to, and use of all services, features, content and functionality available through the Platform. These Terms apply in addition to any supplementary rules, promotional terms, responsible gambling policies and privacy notices published on the Platform.

butpkr operates in accordance with applicable international licensing requirements. butpkr does not claim to be licensed, approved or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Users in Pakistan must independently determine whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under applicable local legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement and carry the meanings set out below:

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules or promotional terms referenced herein.

Your acceptance creates a binding contractual obligation between you and butpkr. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on butpkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. butpkr operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Age verification documents will be required.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether your jurisdiction restricts or prohibits online gambling.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will result in the suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances in accordance with Section 9.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion or cool-off period imposed by butpkr or any recognised responsible gambling programme to which butpkr subscribes.
• Own Funds: You must only deposit and wager funds that you personally own and that are not derived from unlawful activity.

butpkr reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You must complete the registration form accurately and provide truthful, current and complete information. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• Accurate Information: All personal details submitted during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact information — must be accurate and must match your identity documents.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notification of Changes: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate records may result in delays to withdrawals or account suspension.
• KYC Verification: butpkr will require identity verification before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence, together with proof of address. Additional documents may be requested in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions. Amounts expressed in PKR are illustrative; confirm current limits and fees within the live cashier before transacting.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. butpkr supports a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani players, referenced here as context only — these include bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, mobile wallet transfers via Easypaisa and JazzCash, Raast instant payment transfers, and other options displayed in the cashier. The listing of these payment method names does not imply that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling or butpkr.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The following general conditions apply:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals may be subject to processing times ranging from same-day to several business days depending on the payment method and verification status.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 7 before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• butpkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing large withdrawals, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the User and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount where applicable.

butpkr may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentive structures from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless individual promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Users only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only and may not be claimed more than once per household, device or IP address.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier, eligible games and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount, but Users must verify the exact figure applicable to each offer.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain table games and jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards wagering requirements. Always check individual promotion terms.
• butpkr reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts at the time of withdrawal will remain subject to existing terms.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account balance automatically. Expired bonuses are non-recoverable.

The following general betting rules apply across all game types and sports markets available on the Platform. Specific game rules and sports-betting rules are published within each game or market and take precedence in the event of conflict with these general provisions.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has issued a confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the bet shall be treated as void and any staked amount returned to the account balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. butpkr reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Void Bets: butpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game outcome that was subject to an error in odds, pricing or game configuration. Voided bets will be refunded to the account balance.
• Sports Markets: For sports betting, including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football leagues and UFC events, settlement is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled on the basis of the result at the point the relevant market closes.
• Live Casino: For live dealer games, the result as determined by the live dealer or game management system is final. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant session.
• System Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds, game configurations or pay-table information, butpkr reserves the right to void affected bets and withhold associated payouts pending investigation.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any third party to register an account in violation of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or access Platform features in ways not intended by butpkr.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to exploit pricing errors or circumvent the Platform's integrity systems.
• Laundering money or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the Platform's security systems, software or infrastructure.
• Conducting any form of commercial activity on the Platform, including promoting third-party services without express written authorisation.
• Sharing account access with, or acting as an agent for, any third party.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to its software, design, layout, graphics, text, branding, trade marks and content — are owned by or licensed to butpkr. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to Users.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any part of the Platform without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use butpkr's trade marks, logos or brand identifiers without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of butpkr's intellectual property may result in legal action. To request permission for permitted uses, contact [email protected].

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, butpkr excludes all warranties, representations and conditions — express or implied — in relation to the Platform, its availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose and freedom from errors or interruptions.

• Service Availability: butpkr does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures or third-party service disruptions may affect availability. butpkr accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
• Gambling Losses: butpkr accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform. All wagering is conducted at the User's own risk. The house edge applies to all games.
• Third-Party Content: The Platform may reference or describe third-party services, payment methods or sports organisations for contextual purposes only. butpkr is not responsible for the accuracy, availability or conduct of any third party.
• Legal Liability Cap: Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, butpkr's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

butpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire user base. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a response to personal difficulty. The following tools and obligations apply:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period as specified in the account tools.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session time alerts and automatic logout triggers to manage the duration of their play sessions.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to prevent unplanned expenditure.
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

butpkr is a strictly adults-only platform. Registration is open only to individuals aged 18 or over — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 5.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. butpkr recommends that you check this page at least once per month if you are an active User. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which butpkr is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For Pakistani Users: nothing in this clause overrides your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law. butpkr acknowledges the applicability of Pakistani consumer protection frameworks to the extent they are not inconsistent with these Terms or the Platform's licensing obligations.
